Yes. We offer made to measure service where garments are personally tailored to your specifications and cannot be resold.

You can contact us and our team will help you take the measurements. You can also refer to the measurement video on the website.

No. There is no limit to the quantity you can order.

No. Cancellation is not possible.

We will share tracking details with you once received from the courier company.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY

Yes. All website orders are processed once 100% payment is received. Clients shall make sure to share
the acknowledgements once the payments are done.

We accept payments through NEFT/ RTGS/ Bank transfers/ Card payment/ Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Visa Debit.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused; this could be due to a technical glitch. Please try again later. In case
the problem persists, please contact our customer care team and they will help you complete your order. If amount was deducted, before the order was completed, please contact your bank for transaction reversal.

No. We don’t provide COD service.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Yes. We do deliver out of India.

Shipping costs for both Domestic & international are not included in the outfit price and are charged as
per the prevailing rates & surcharges.

This completely depends on the shipping address.

No, Once the item is shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled nor any changes will be accepted for the outfit once the order is placed.

Once delivery of the outfit is accepted by the client it cannot be returned, exchanged or altered.

Advance amount / Token amount is non-refundable nor can they be converted into a credit note or
adjusted against any other order.
